| What types of documentation do you offer? |
| 1. Sometimes a simple Microsoft Word document will suffice. Sometimes multiple documents. Occasionally an entire manual or volumes of integrated electronic documentation may be required. Some companies want hard copy, most prefer electronic documentation. We can provide whichever is required. 2. In the case of those applications requiring complex formulas, spread sheets may need to be developed. When we develop spread sheets we create a user-friendly interface which permits the user to enter the required data while protecting the complex formulas and keeping them from the users view. 4. Each application is evaluated and the proper course of action is recommended and approved before any work is started. |
| Who maintains the documentation after the work is finished? |
| 1. That depends on the wishes of the client . 2. All documentation is prepared using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications If the client has the in-house resources with the time to modify and maintain the documentation, they are free to do so. We can provide documentation on any Excel spread sheets we develop so that your personnel can take over whenever they are ready. 3. If you wish for us to maintain your documentation, we are just a phone call away. |

We all know of many individuals who have done amazing things with Office that perhaps even Microsoft has never even considered, but most of us would not want to try to use any ot their complex applications. They often cannot keep things simple and often do not understand why the majority of use need things explained in layman's terms. 2. Communicating data to all levels of employees is TRULY AN ART FORM for which most people unfortunately do not have the skill.
